The killings.
The bloodshed.
The slaughter.
The brutality.
The raping.
The maiming.
The abuse.
The xenophobia.
The racism.
The hatred.
The instigating.
The tension.
The divisions.
The animosity.
The rhetoric.
The verdicts.
The greed.
The corruption.
The looting.
The slants.
The slurs.
The prejudice.
The cynicism.
The short-sightedness.
The pretence.
The point scoring.
The refereeing.
The contradictions.
The misinformation.
The falsehoods.
The ignorance.
The negativity.
The craziness.
The drama.
The fear.
The poison.
Stop taking prisoners.
Stop attempts to create the perfect storm.
We have no other choice. We can’t change the past, yet have to shape the future.
Leave legacies. Not scars.
